The Lakeville Arts & Music Festival will take place on Saturday, Sept. 30 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 2 Precinct St. in Lakeville.

According to South Coast Today.com, the event is in its 13th year and admission is free.

There will be popular local artists on site to demonstrate their art.  Also, artisans will be selling items, such as original art, photography, quilts, hand woven items, soft sculptured animals, carvings, pottery, and jewelry.

Joining the festival this year will be a World War I program and an old-fashioned Fire Engine.

"This event is supported in part from grants from the Freetown Cultural Council."
