Travis Barker & Kourtney Kardashian Spotted in Salem

Salem has long been a hugely popular Halloween destination in America.

From its infamous 1692 witch trials to the witch-themed tours, museums and hotels, everything about Salem screams Halloween.

So perhaps that is why a Kardashian couple simply had to swing through town while they were in the area, even though it's only mid-September.

Salem's Haunted Happenings Festival

For all of October, Salem kicks the spooky vibes up a notch for their Haunted Happenings festival. This wildly popular celebration featuring parades, street performers, psychic readings, ghost tours and a costume ball brought over 1 million people to Salem last October alone.

Kardashian Family Visit to Salem

Though not actually in town to shill for Salem, Kourtney Kardashian and husband Travis Barker were in New England while his band Blink-182 played in Gilford last Tuesday. The family then decided to take the day off on Wednesday for a Witch City Walking Tour.

The pair, along with their young son, spent hours touring the town, taking photos of decorations and sharing them on her own socials, of course.

Staff at Witch City Walking Tours said they were very friendly and approachable during the tour, which was clearly just a casual day out for the pair.

Other Celebrity Sightings in Salem

The Kardashians aren't the first celebrities to enjoy a walking tour in Salem, last August actor Channing Tatum took his witch-enthusiast daughter Everly on a three-day trip to Salem, making sure to take in all the sights in the off season.

Clearly avoiding the crowds closer to Halloween is the star's favorite way to see Salem.
