Is Civil Rights Inquiry Justified in Malcolm Gracia Case? [POLL]

Four civil rights organizations have taken issue with the DA's investigation into the shooting death of a New Bedford teenager, saying it's inadequate and leaves many questions unanswered. Also, the groups are calling for a separate inquiry into whether or not the NBPD is implementing their "meet-and-greet" lawfully.
