Hunter Biden Report Is Devastating to Democrats [OPINION]

Liz Warren, Bernie Sanders, and Cory Booker must be disappointed with their advisors now. They should have pressed Joe Biden on his son's foreign business deals.

Why did former Vice President Biden's opponents in the Democratic Party primary for the 2020 presidential nomination give him a pass on his family's business activities? Maybe some of the younger candidates didn't think it was worth it, but Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren and Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders will never have another shot at becoming president.

Nobody elected Hunter Biden to anything, but his father was elected to office for nearly 50 years. According to the new report released by the Republican majority in the U.S. Senate, the Biden family used American power to make huge sums of cash for themselves.

The blockbuster report lays out the evidence that the Obama Administration and many of the Democrats who staffed it knew about the Biden family business deals and they raised concerns about it internally. But there were no true whistleblowers acting to protect the interests of the American people when the Bidens were doing deals with Russian oligarchs or the communist Chinese.

According to the report:

• Hunter Biden had business associations with Ye Jianming, Gongwen Dong, and other Chinese nationals linked to the Communist government and the People’s Liberation Army. Those associations resulted in millions of dollars in questionable transactions.

• In addition to the over four million dollars paid by Burisma to Hunter Biden and his business partner, Devon Archer, for membership on the board, Hunter, his family, and Archer received millions of dollars from foreign nationals with questionable backgrounds.

• Hunter Biden received a $3.5 million wire transfer from Elena Baturina. Ms. Baturina is the wife (widow) of the former mayor of Moscow.

Today the Democrats have Joe Biden as their nominee and it is because the other Democrats who ran for president didn't have the courage to question the business deals that have now been laid out for the American people.
