Hernandez Lawyers Slam Prosecutors

Attorneys for Aaron Hernandez are slamming prosecutors for filing a motion to have the case's current judge step aside.  The motion asks Judge E. Susan Garsh to recuse herself on grounds she has an alleged hostility and bias against one of the prosecutors.  Hernandez' attorneys say it's a frivolous motion that suggests the Commonwealth hopes to intimidate the court from ruling in the defendant's favor on any future motionsS.
