Health Connector Director Apologizes For Website Glitches

A news conference Wednesday focusing on the importance of people signing up for the state's "Health Connector" insurance program began with an apology....

Jean Yang, the director of the Health Connector program, is promising a far more workable website this year, but it won't be perfect. For instance, the information online will only be available in english.

There are 400,000 people enrolled in the Health Connector, but those folks and any new applicants can start applying on November 15th.
