Harvard Student Charged In Bomb Hoax Released On Bond
A Harvard student charged in connection with a bomb threat hoax has been released to the custody of his sister on 100-thousand-dollars bond.
A Federal judge also ordered 20-year-old Eldo Kim to stay away from the university, establish a permanent residence, and surrender his passport.
The FBI says Kim emailed a bomb threat on Monday morning because he didn't want to take a final exam.
The threat prompted the evacuation of four campus buildings for several hours just as the exams were beginning. (Metro Networks Inc.)
