Halloween is always a fun time of year, especially if you have little ones to take trick-or-treating and all of that jazz. This year, the traditions we’ve kept for generations are up in the air as we wait to see how COVID-19 will impact this holiday. Will traditional trick-or-treating be canceled? Guess we'll find out soon.

Luckily, Capron Park Zoo in Attleboro just announced that the zoo will be hosting Halloween events for three weekends in October. HOWL-a-ween Weekends will take place on Saturdays and Sundays from Saturday, October 17 to Sunday, November 1. The activities will take place from 10 am to 4 pm each of those days, with the final entry into the zoo at 3 pm.

This daytime celebration is sure to help your kiddos get into the Halloween spirit. From pictures to picking a pumpkin from the patch to trick-or-treating, everyone can enjoy a couple of spooky hours at Capron Park Zoo for free with the price of admission. Members are always free.

There will be a limited number of advance tickets available starting on Sunday, September 20, and tickets will also be available at the door. Click HERE for more information about how to participate in one of three weekends of “roaring HOWL-a-ween fun.” Call 774-203-1840 for advance ticket sales.
