New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski single-handily dominated the Pittsburgh Steeler defense in the team's 27-24 win on Sunday.

AFC's Offensive Player of the Week

career-high 168 yards and converting a 2-point conversion

Speaking of that final scoring drive, Gronkowski had three receptions for 69 yards on that drive, which ended in an 8-yard, Dion Lewis touchdown run that was led by a strong block by Gronkowski on the right defensive end.

This is the second such honor for the 8-year pro, who was named AFC Offensive Player of the Week back in Week 14 of the 2011 season as well.
