Free Health Fair

St. Anne's Hospital wants you to "Stay Fit & Healthy After 50" and to show you how, you're invited to a free health fair Wednesday, May 25th from 12:30 to 4:30 pm, at Hawthorn Medical Associates on Faunce Corner Rd. Learn how to eat well for blood sugar control and diabetes management. Discover ways to address pain and wound management. There will be exhibits and information about vascular surgery, medical nutrition and urgent care.

The Stay Fit & Healthy After 50 health fair will offer you at a chance to chat with experts on psychiatry services, senior oncology and strokes.  From palliative care to orthopedic excellence, you'll be afforded a great opportunity to gather important information while having a fun time with light refreshments, give-aways and door prizes.

This free event focuses on you staying fit and healthy after 50. Make plans to bring a friend and enjoy this health fair co-sponsored by St. Anne's Hospital, Steward Home Care and Hawthorn Medical Associates. It all takes place at the conference center on the lower level of Hawthorn Medical Associates, 535 Faunce Corner Rd. Ample free parking and golf cart shuttle to entrance.
