The 8th Annual Free Family Field Day is returning to UMass Dartmouth this Sunday afternoon.

On September 16 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., the Bristol County District Attorney's Office, alongside Charlton College of Business and the UMass Dartmouth Athletics Department, will be hosting this FREE event packed with family fun and tons of activities for all age groups.

Located on and around Cressy Field, the fun outdoor family activities are as follows:

  • Petting Zoo
  • Food Tents (LOTS of free food)

Lots of sports contests such as:

  • Football
  • Baseball
  • Basketball
  • Hockey
  • Soccer
  • Golf
  • Giant Volleyball Matches

Adults, there's fun for you too! Do you like backyard games? No problem:

  • Corn Hole
  • Can Jam
  • Beer Pong (Minus the alcohol of course)

Field Day wouldn't be a "Field Day" if it wasn't for:

  • Potato Sack Races
  • Three-Legged Races
  • Hula Hoop Contests
  • Dizzy Bat Races
  • Tug-of-War
  • Music

Most importantly, the Free Family Field Day's main priority and focus is healthy living and exercising, so take advantage of the informational tables that will be available for services and resources.
