The FBI says the terror suspect killed by law enforcement in Boston yesterday had discussed a plan to kill police officers.

According to court papers, Usaamah Rahim had discussed the plan by cell phone with David Wright. Wright was arrested yesterday and is to appear in federal court this afternoon.

The FBI says Wright told Rahim to destroy all electronic evidence of their discussions about the planned attack. The "Boston Globe" reports the two had planned to behead a Boston police officer.

Police say Rahim was carrying a military-style knife when he shot. (Metro Networks Inc.)
