Grand Rapids, Mich. — A Fall River man who was arrested in Michigan for plotting to rape two minor girls has been ordered to undergo a psychological evaluation.

The Herald News reports Jonathan Ryan Ledoux was ordered April 30 to undergo the evaluation to determine if he was competent to stand trial. He pleaded not guilty to a March 26 federal indictment that charged him with attempted coercion of minors and enticement of minors, and crossing state lines to engage in illicit sexual conduct.

Ledoux was arrested on March 22 at Gerald R. Ford International Airport in Grand Rapids, Michigan, after he plotted with who he thought was a single mother who was going to allow him to rape her two young daughters. The woman was, in reality, an undercover agent.
