FALL RIVER (WBSM) — A Fall River man was arrested Sunday and two firearms and cocaine were seized as a result.

According to Fall River Police, patrol officers responded on July 20 to a report of an unwanted person at a residence on Flynn Street. When they arrived on the scene, they were informed that Paul Langley, 44, was allegedly in possession of multiple illegal firearms as well as cocaine.

Members of the Community Action and Suppression Team then responded and obtained a search warrant for the residence.

Firearms, Cocaine, Cash and Ammunition Seized in Raid

As a result of the search, the unit recovered a Ruger .357 Magnum revolver, a Jennings .22-caliber handgun, approximately 28.9 grams of cocaine, $3,100 in cash and various calibers of ammunition, according to police.

Charges Filed Against Paul Langley

Langley was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of a firearm without an FID card, two counts of possession of a firearm while committing a felony, possession of ammunition without an FID card, trafficking in more than 18 grams but less than 36 grams of cocaine, possession of a large-capacity feeding device and improper storage of a firearm.
