According to Fall River Police, members of the Patrol Bureau responded to Rocliffe Street on January 14 for a report of a male on the ground, bleeding.
It was determined that the victim had been “severely assaulted and was found with zip ties around his wrists,” according to police. The investigation led to arrest warrants being obtained for four individuals: Angela Garcia, 20; Maria Reyna Rodezno Marin, 36; Ailton Lopes, 22; and Johnathan Wilson, 43.

On Friday, January 24, Garcia, Marin and Lopes were taken into custody by the Fall River Police Major Case Division.

The four individuals were charged with firearm-armed kidnapping, two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, firearm-armed and masked robbery, tampering with evidence, armed assault to murder, home invasion and conspiracy.
They were scheduled to be arraigned this morning in Fall River District Court.
