Do your friends and family rave about your delicious cranberry dessert, the most unique but tasty cranberry entrée, or your homemade cranberry sauce that can’t be topped? If so, there’s a contest for you! The A.D. Makepeace Company, in conjunction with the Cape Cod Cranberry Growers’ Association, Trucchi’s Supermarkets, and edible South Shore & South Coast magazine, invite you to participate in the 10th Annual “Make it Better with Cranberries” Cooking Contest.

Recipes must include a cranberry product (fresh cranberries, cranberry juice, dried cranberries, or prepared cranberry sauce). The contest is open to all ages and skill levels. First, second and third place prize-winners will be selected in both the adult and student/youth (8-16) categories. Selected recipes will also be printed in the 2019 Edition of the “Make it Better with Cranberries” Cookbook, published by Rock Village Publishing, Middleborough.

Examples from last year’s winning recipes included Gluten Free Cranberry Almond Bundt Cake (pictured), Cranberry Tea Cake with No Lump Cream Cheese Frosting, Cinderella Pumpkin and Cranberry Jam, and Cranberry Caramel White Chocolate Cheesecake.
