In a new development in the Melky Cabrera scandal, it appears that the slugger may have tried to create a bogus website with a nonexistent product to help his cause.

ESPN is reporting that in an effort to get out of his fifty game suspension, Melky Cabrera may have done a little more foul play. The MLB quickly discovered the fake website, and so far it looks like Melky is still going to serve that full suspension.

Cabrera created the fake site and product to try and say that it's what caused his positive test, but the MLB didn't buy it. He is taking full responsibility. The MLB players union has dropped their filed grievance to try and get Cabrera's suspension lifted.
