Delays On The Providence/Stoughton Line

MBTA officials say an Amtrak signal problem at Ruggles Station is causing delays for Commuter Rail passengers on the Providence/Stoughton Line.

Inbound trains will bypass Ruggles and commuters are being asked to use the Orange Line from Back Bay for service to and from Ruggles.

Officials say Franklin, Providence/Stoughton, and Needham Lines should depart on time. However, trains may arrive 15 to 20 minutes later than normal.
