DA: ‘Suspicious’ Death of Plymouth Woman in Easton

UPDATE: Investigators can now publicly identify the deceased in this case as Tamra Davidson, 49, of Plymouth.

EASTON — Authorities are investigating a suspicious death in Easton.

Easton Police responded to a home at 234 Washington Street at about 6:22 p.m. on Wednesday, November 6. First responders found a 49-year-old Plymouth woman deceased at the scene, the victim of an apparent gunshot wound.

The Bristol County District Attorney's Office says the incident is being investigated as a suspicious death at this time.

Easton Police and Massachusetts State Police assigned to the District Attorney's Office are investigating. The D.A.'s Office says no further information can be released at this time, citing the ongoing nature of the investigation.
