Bill Cosby's lawyers are firing back at the woman who claims the entertainer molested her at the Playboy Mansion 40 years ago.

In legal documents obtained by TMZ, Cosby's legal team claim Judy Huth tried to extort 100-thousand-dollars from Cosby last month, promising to not go public with the allegations in exchange for money. Huth, who claims the alleged assault took place when she was just 15 years old, has filed a lawsuit against the comedy legend. Cosby's lawyers also say Huth also tried to sell her story ten years ago.

More than a dozen women have come forward to accuse the former "Cosby Show" star of sexual assault in recent weeks.

On Wednesday, celebrity attorney Gloria Allred called on Cosby to put up a 100-million-dollar fund for his alleged victims or allow them to have their day in court by waiving the statue of limitations on the alleged assaults.

Cosby has refused to address the allegations publicly. His lawyers says the claims are "unsubstantiated."  (Metro Network Inc.)
