Coast Guard Prepares To Reopen Texas Shipping Route

The Coast Guard is preparing to reopen a key shipping route days after an oil spill dumped four-thousand barrels of fuel into Galveston Bay in Texas.  The Houston Ship Channel shut down Saturday when an inland oil barge and cargo ship collided. 

Closing the channel forced Exxon Mobile to cut production at the second-largest refinery in the country.
