A North Dartmouth towing company and its owner have been indicted on 23 counts of non payment of employer contributions to the Dept. of Unemployment Assistance. 

The indictments name Ricardo's Towing Service of North Dartmouth and owner Ricardo Dopao of New Bedford. 

According to the Attorney General Martha Coakley's office, from April 2008 to October of 2013, Dopao failed to pay the required unemployment tax to the state, amounting to more than $70,000 in delinquent payments. 

A Suffolk County grand jury returned the indictments on March 27th.  The 45 year old Dopao and Ricardo's Towing are scheduled to be arraigned on April 28th in Suffolk Superior Court.
