
Tragic Old Fall River Road Crash Claims Life of 22-Year-Old Dartmouth Man
DARTMOUTH (WBSM) — A 22-year-old Dartmouth man was killed in a car crash Sunday afternoon.
Emergency Response to Old Fall River Road
Bristol County District Attorney Thomas M. Quinn III announced that on June 7, shortly after 4:30 p.m., Dartmouth Police and EMS were dispatched to the area of 899 Old Fall River Road for a reported crash.
Police arrived to find a green Toyota Corolla facing the wrong way in the roadway. It had struck a tree and sustained severe damage to the passenger side of the vehicle.

Victim Identified as 22-Year-Old Dartmouth Man
The driver, a 23-year-old woman, was transported to a local hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening. An unresponsive man, later identified as Christopher Canario, 22, of Dartmouth, was found in the passenger seat suffering from severe injuries.
Canario was transported to a local hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased.
Police Investigation Underway
The investigation into the crash remains ongoing by Massachusetts State Police detectives assigned to the D.A.’s Office, Massachusetts State Police, and Dartmouth Police.
