Charles Graeber is an investigative journalist who spends his time on  Nantucket or in New York. As a child, he spent many hours at hospitals and at nurse's stations while his father made his rounds as a physician. Something that helped him relate to Charlie Cullen, the most prolific serial killer in America.

Charlie Cullen was a registered nurse that the media dubbed "The Angel of Death." Cullen has been implicated in the deaths of as many as 400 patients and he would only talk to journalist Charles Graeber. And once Cullen spoke, that opened the doors to the investigators and to Cullen's family.

In the book we gain an insight into the life of a serial killer. What makes them kill? Were some of them mercy killings?

We hope you enjoy our interview with Charles Graeber.
