Boston Celtics head coach Brad Stevens was named the Eastern Conference Coach of the Month, today, according to the team's website.

After a tremendous month of February, in which his team led the conference with a 9-3 record, Stevens was honored for his role as coach.

Aside from leading the team to a conference-best record over the month, the third year coach also helped his team navigate a prefect record at home for the month. The team was 6-0 at the TD Garden on the month.

The C's also finished the month in sole possession of third place in the Eastern Conference standings.

Stevens also locked down his 100th career win in a victory over the Miami Heat during the month.

Stevens and the C's enter March with an overall record of 36-25.
