The Boston Celtics are going international this season.

At least for a game, anyway.

That's after the NBA announced today, that the C's will be traveling to London to play a regular season game against the Philadelphia 76ers during the 2017-2018 campaign.

The game is scheduled for Thursday, January 11 and will be played at The O2.

Tickets for the game are set to go on sale in October, so, if you want to be one of the 20,000 people in the crowd, you've got a little bit of time to get everything set up and request your time off.

This will be Boston's second time playing in London, as they battled the Minnesota T-Wolves in a preseason game back in 2007.
