New Cask & Pig Coming to the Old Trio in Dartmouth

Mario Ribeiro, owner of The Pasta House in Fairhaven, just bought Trio Cafe & Lounge in North Dartmouth. He plans to open a venue that can only be described as alehouse, meets high-end bar, meets BBQ. What do you call such a place? The ‘Cask & Pig Kitchen & Alehouse.’ Even better, this alehouse will have delicious creations from the Head Chef, Joe Rego, who was featured on Chopped. This alehouse is sure to be a town favorite!

Renovations begin next month, and they are scheduled to open some time in January.
