After being down for the majority of Monday night's game in Tampa, the Rays managed to comeback to take the game into extra innings, but the Red Sox were able to hold on for a 10-8 win.

Daniel Nava hit a single to score Shane Victorino in the 14th inning, and then Nava himself scored off a Jarrod Saltalamacchia single to give the Sox their 10th run. Franklin Morales ends up picking up the win for Boston, while Cesar Ramos takes the loss for the Rays.

John Lackey went over 5 innings, allowing just 4 runs on 10 hits. Jarrod Saltalamacchia had a big night, going 4-7 with 3 RBIs.

The Red Sox maintain a 2 game lead over New York in the AL East, and will face the Rays again on Tuesday night.
