The leftist movement that wants to defund the police and release all the convicted felons no longer have a candidate for president. The police won the debate.

The Vietcong wing of the Democratic party was abandoned by Joe Biden tonight as he battled on stage with President Donald J. Trump for the normal people of America.

The big losers in the debate were the Democrats who have been siding with the radicals and attacking the men and women of law enforcement. Massachusetts Senator Edward Markey must feel particularly betrayed tonight by a man he has been in Washington with since Richard Nixon was in the Oval Office.

Sen. Markey has jumped on the Green New Deal and defund the police movements as directed by Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York City in the last few years to save his political career. For some reason, Markey thought a freshman House member had the key to winning elections in 2020. He was right because she helped him end the Kennedy dynasty in the primary.

But now there is an election that everyone can participate in and the old Democrat warhorse, Joe Biden, and his team have identified the Green New Deal and the movement to destroy police departments as liabilities. Crippling the economy and turning the streets over to criminals isn't the dream of traditional voters, despite what AOC and her supporters believe. Biden dumped both radical ideas in the debate.

Kevin O'Connor, a Massachusetts attorney and a strong supporter of police, now has a new ally in his campaign to replace Markey in the Senate – and that ally is Joe Biden.
