BEDMINSTER, NEW JERSEY (WBSM) — Former Bristol County Sheriff Thomas Hodgson will once again be the chairman of Donald Trump’s presidential campaign in Massachusetts.

The announcement came today from Trump’s golf resort in Bedminster, New Jersey.

Hodgson was still Bristol County Sheriff in 2019 when he was first named as chairman of Trump’s reelection campaign in Massachusetts for 2020.

“Like most Americans, I want a president who creates real benefits and solutions for our families, neighborhoods, and our nation,” Hodgson said in a statement. “President Trump has a proven record of strengthening our economy, securing our borders, prioritizing public safety, and improving our national standing throughout the world.”

“As the Massachusetts Chairman, I will work tirelessly with our citizens to elect President Donald J. Trump so that he can Make America Great Again,” Hodgson said.

Despite recently being indicted on criminal charges for the fourth time, Trump is still leading all Republican candidates, with support from GOP voters growing with each indictment.
