That's it O.J., we're through.

Just read on AOL.com that orange juice totally sucks!  Who knew?  O.J. has been a staple at the breakfast table forever and all the time we though it was good for us. In the immortal words of The Donald, "WRONG!" What a deception and it didn't even take WikiLeaks to clue us in.

Business Insider's Erin Brodwin says the drink, as American as Twinkies and Garth Brooks, is a fraud.  The "biggest con of your life," she says.  Bronwin says a typical 12 ounce glass of orange juice contains 153 calories, 34 grams of carbohydrates, 27 grams of sugar and 2.4 grams of protein.  She says that's as many carbs and almost as much sugar as a bag of M&M's for crimminy sakes!  What the heck! The article suggests you might as well just pop a can of soda!

The article also points out that people much smarter than I have know about this fraud for a while now and have actually stopped drinking liquid sunshine.  Why am I always the last to know?  All of this can't be good for the citrus industry, largely based in Florida, as sales of O.J. have been plummeting in recent years.  In fact Nielsen says orange juice sales are down 13 percent in the past four years.  Wow!

Next they're gonna tell us that bacon bites as well.

I don't know what to say other than, when in doubt, there is always water. :(
