Astounding Amount of People Admit They Pretend To Know The News
Apparently many Americans feel being well-informed about the news of the day is important enough to lie about it.
According to a new survey from Next Issue Media, 37% of people admitted to pretending to know about a news story in order to impress someone. Having information so readily available makes the pressure to know about current events even greater--more than half of tablet owners said they've lied about being in the know.
