Taking an aspirin before bed time may be the best way to ward off heart disease.  A new study suggests taking a small daily dose at night does more good than in the daytime.  Researchers in the Netherlands found morning platelet activity was much lower when the aspirin was taken at night.  Millions of Americans are on aspirin therapy to help thin the blood and reduce the chance of heart attacks and stroke.  The results were presented  at an American Heart Association conference in Dallas, Texas.
