Additionally, on Thursday night, July 18, 2019, one lane on the Sagamore Bridge will be restricted from 9 p.m. to 5 a. m. (the following morning) to complete repair work. Three of the travel lanes on the Sagamore Bridge will be open to traffic at all times.
All travel lanes will be open each day outside of the work shifts occurring at night.
The Corps of Engineers team thanks the Cape Cod and region commuting public for their understanding and patience during the execution of these necessary bridge repair activities and lane closures. The bridge repair work is critical to maintaining the structural integrity of the bridges, which are a vital component to the transportation system of Cape Cod, the Islands and southeastern Massachusetts.
