
Al Horford Named To NBA’s All-Defensive 2nd Team
For the first time in his 11-year career, Boston Celtics forward Al Horford has been honored for his defensive skills.
The solid veteran was named to the NBA All-Defensive Second Team, Wednesday.
Horford played in 72 games for the C's, during the regular season, helping to poise a defense that led the NBA in defensive efficiency.
The 5-time all-star averaged 5.9 defensive rebounds, 1.1 blocks and 0.6 steals this season.
