The ACLU of Massachusetts is asking the state's highest court to dismiss all 40-thousand criminal cases tainted by the state drug lab scandal. The group says prosecutors should have 90 days to hand-pick which cases to pursue, and that the rest should be tossed. Last year former state chemist Annie Dookhan was convicted of widespread evidence tampering during her years working at the lab. The ACLU says the state's already spent millions trying to deal with scandal's aftermath, with very little to show.
