Young Hillary Rodham In the Early 1970s

A pattern of lies, fibs or mis-speaking perhaps but the 1970s was another decade riddled with Hillary Clinton's accounts of things that weren't so. In recent days, her defenders in New Bedford, MA tried to insinuate that she was not blaming the schools here of denying invalids and handicapped access to education but the "parents" and "cultural differences". So, once again Chris McCarthy went to the source herself. Hillary Rodham Clinton in her book "Hard Choices". Then as I double checked his reference, I researched the next few years of her life and found more lies and accusations of lies throughout her entire young professional life. A pattern unbroken through August of 2016.

"As part of a nationwide survey, I went door to door in New Bedford, Massachusetts, talking to families. We found some kids staying home to care for younger siblings while parents worked. Others had dropped out to work themselves in order to help support their families."

"But mostly we found children with disabilities who were staying home because there weren’t adequate accommodations for them at the public schools. We found blind and deaf children, children in wheelchairs, children with developmental disabilities, and children whose families couldn’t afford the treatment they needed."

"I remember meeting a girl in a wheelchair on the small back porch of her house, where we sat and talked under a grape arbor. She so wanted to go to school, to participate and learn—but it didn’t seem possible." "Hard Choices" by Hillary Rodham Clinton. A Simon & Shuster Book Copyright 2014

Another untruth I found; . Hillary claims in her book "Living History" that she discovered the results of the Washington D.C. and Arkansas bar exams simultaneously. In truth she first took and passed the Arkansas bar exam early in June of 1973. She didn't take the D.C. bar exam until July 23rd and 24th before leaving for Massachusetts where she worked for the Children's Defense Fund, living in Cambridge.

She waited for the D.C. bar exam results and aka her Washington legal credentials but was instead stunned with the news on November 3, 1973 that she had failed the D.C.bar exam. Of 817 applicants, 551 of her peers had passed, most from law schools less prestigious than Yale. She kept this news hidden for the next thirty years.

While she was working with the Children's Defense Fund, Hillary went to Washington to work on the Nixon impeachment staff. The House Judiciary Committee's special counsel John Doar had wanted Bill Clinton on the impeachment staff but Bill was focusing on a potential congressional run and turned him down and then recommended Hillary. Bill was once quoted in his thoughts; if he could get Hillary a job in D.C., their fates would be sealed together if they both ended up in the Capitol.

**Hillary excitedly called Marian Edelman from Bill's house and Edelman told her she could always come back to work on the Children's Defense Fund but the Nixon impeachment inquiry was "far more important." (**"A Woman In Charge" by Carl Bernstein)

While working on the Nixon impeachment inquiry:

"[Hillary] was a liar," Jerry Zeifman chief counsel to the House Judiciary Committee said in an interview. "She was an unethical, dishonest lawyer. She conspired to violate the Constitution, the rules of the House, the rules of the committee and the rules of confidentiality."

How could a 27-year-old House staff member do all that? Zeifman said she was one of several individuals who engaged in a seemingly implausible scheme to deny Richard Nixon the right to counsel during the investigation.

The actions of Hillary and her cohorts went directly against the judgment of top Democrats, up to and including then-House Majority Leader Tip O'Neill, that Nixon clearly had the right to counsel. In order to pull this off, Zeifman says Hillary wrote a fraudulent legal brief, and confiscated public documents to hide her deception.

I don't know about you but Zeifman's accusation that she confiscated public documents to hide her deception is very credible here. This is the same practice that she provably committed in October 2014 when she deleted and scrubbed off her computer and devices, 30,000 emails that a federal court, with whom she disobeyed, ordered her not to touch, alter or erase in a warrant demanding the surrender of these public record utterances.

All this before 1975 and coming from her own party! No "right wing conspiracy" to be found.
