A Tennessee couple says they are "overwhelmed and excited" to have won a third of a record Powerball jackpot.

John and Lisa Robinson had their winning ticket verified today at state lottery headquarters in Nashville.

The Robinson's share of the nearly one-point-six billion dollar prize works out to about 327-million dollars after taxes. Both said they plan to splurge on their family. They also plan to back at work on Monday.

The couple has not decided yet whether to take the money in a lump sum or annual payments. Two other winning tickets were sold, one in California, the other in Florida.  (Metro Networks Inc)
