Over two dozen NFL players have found themselves in a jam since the last Super Bowl. More and more, I'm convinced that these "stars" who have been thrust into the world of god-like celebrity, are not well prepared for the added responsibilities they now have to themselves, their fans, their endorsers and their team. So who, if anyone, should be accountable for training and grooming these "icons" to balance both worlds? Is it in the NFL's best interest to expand on what they already do in this regard?
