Westboro Baptist Church Coming To North Adams To Protest Soldier’s Memorial Service

The Kansas based Westboro Baptist Church will be making an appearance in Massachusetts to protest the memorial service of Pfc. Michael R. Demarisco II.

The Westboro Baptist Church has made a name for itself as the church who protests absolutely everything. They started at soldier funerals, and have made appearances pretty much everywhere. Their latest stop will be in Massachusetts. They'll be protesting the funeral of local fallen solider Pfc. Michael R. Demarisco II.

The memorial service will be held in Downtown North Adams at the First Baptisit Church. The town is currently organizing a counter-protest to put a shield between the WBC and the soldiers family. If you want more information on the counter-protest, click here.
