There are two movies featured this weekend:

"WHITE HOUSE DOWN"  Rated PG-13

"White House Down" stars Channing Tatum, Jamie Foxx and Maggie Gyllenhaal. The film follows policeman John Cole, played by Tatum, who has just been denied his dream job with the Secret Service of protecting the President, played by Jamie Foxx. When he takes his daughter on a tour of the White House, the building is overtaken by a paramilitary group, John must save the president, his daughter and the country.

"THE HEAT" rated R

This new comedy stars Sandra Bullock and Melissa McCarthy, two total opposite law enforcement agents. We have straight-laced Ashburn, played by Sandra Bullock and foul-mouthed Shannon played by McCarthy. They must join forces to bring down a ruthless drug lord.
