Unknown White Powder Spills at UMass Dartmouth

UMass Dartmouth was on high alert yesterday after a white, powdery substance spilled out of a professor's mail.

According to the Standard Times, university police cordoned off the professor's office in the Science and Engineering building just after 9am. A state hazardous materials team was on the scene just before 11am, with initial tests of the substance proving it to be harmless.
