Two Arrested In Westport On Drug Charges

Westport Police with the help of D-E-A agents in New Bedford carried out a search warrent last Wednesday in a home on North Breault Street, making two arrrests and recovering heroin and other drugs.

Arrested on drug distribution and possession chanrges were 29 year old Ryan Bourdria and 25 year old Ashley Durette.  Both listed their address as 34 North Breault Street.

According to Det. Sgt. Antonio Cestodio, police found 93 baggies of heroin, 13 doses of suboxone and fentanyl.  Police say both suspects appeared in Fall River District Court and were held on bail.
