Two men have been arrested in connection with a home invasion in Fall River.

Fall River Police say the home invasion took place late Tuesday night on Rock Street after the 27-year-old male victim had invited one of the suspects into his apartment. After the suspect left, he returned a short time later with another man. One of the suspects demanded the victim's cell phone and wallet, threatening him with a pocket knife. An argument ensued resulting in the stabbing of the victim in the torso.

The victim was transported to Rhode Island Hospital for non-life threatening injuries.

After a short investigation, police arrested 24-year-old Michael Alexander of Boston, and 24-year-old Barron Sylvia-Moals of Fall River. Alexander faces charges of home invasion, armed robbery, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Sylvia-Moals is charged with accessory after the fact in relation to Alexander's alleged actions.
