Two people charged in connection with a multi-car crash on Route 44 in Raynham last June that claimed the life of 32 year old Taunton man, were arriagned Tuesday in Taunton District Court.

The crash killed Jared Gagnon, a former Fun 107 DJ.

Fifty year old Joseph Arraiol and 20 year old Samantha Kewer were charged with motor vehicle homocide by negligent operation.

Kewer was released on personal recognizance. Bail for Arraiol was set at $2,500. Both were ordered not to drive while the case is pending.

A large group of Gagnon's family and friends attended the arraignment.
