Tobacco Sale Ban In Dartmouth

With the first of the year comes a ban on cigarette sales in Dartmouth. Tobacco products can no longer be sold at pharmacies and other health related shops.

Similar bans have been in effect in New Bedford and Fall River since last January and in Westport since October. You'll still be able to buy tobacco products at convenience stores and other locations that aren't connected to dispensing health related items.
