This winter seems to go on and on!  The calendar may say spring is just around the corner, but if you are having a miserable time this winter, you may need some help. 

We all have heard of (SAD) Seasonal Affective Disorder, something many people deal with beginning in the fall right through spring.  SAD, can be tough to deal with and it affects many people across the country.  It is classified as a form of depression and a few simple steps may help you get through the winter a little easier if this is something you suffer from.
