The Playoffs Begin- WBSM Friday Sports (AUDIO)

The Red Sox begin the American League Division Series this afternoon as they host the Tampa Bay Rays at Fenway Park. Jon Lester gets the start for Boston. WBSM pregame time is 2:20pm.

In the National League the Dodgers took game one from the Braves 6-1 and the Cardinals downed the Pirates 9-1.

Milan Lucic snapped a 1-1 tie with a minute left in the second period and the Bruins went on to win their first game of the season 3-1.

The Patriots are in Cincinnati Sunday at 1. WBSM's coverage begins at 10am Sunday.

Thursday Night Football last night Cleveland rallied to beat Buffalo 37-24.

BOYS SOCCER: Bishop Stang and Cardinal Spellman tied at 2, Dartmouth and Barnstable tied at 1.

FIELD HOCKEY: Westport and Durfee 0-0, Stand and Martha's Vineyard 1-1,. Barnstable shut out Dartmouth 2-0.

VOLLEYBALL: New Bedford 3 Stang 0, Blue Hills beat Upper Cape 3-1.
