Teen Returns Cash In Envelope

A Cape Cod teenager has returned an envelope of cash to its rightful owner.  Jack Sheehan found 13-hundred-dollars in the road in Sandwich on Halloween night. He brought it to police, who tracked it to the Mashpee Country Store.  The owner had put the money on top of his car before driving off.  Sheehan was rewarded with a hundred dollars and some candy.
