A summit of intelligence and ingenuity will convene at the New Bedford Whaling Museum Wednesday.

The TEDx Conference will welcome local and national business leaders, who will exchange their ideas on best business practices, and using time as a productivity gauge rather than money or other indicators.

Organizer and President of INEX Advisors LLC, Chris Rezendes tells WBSM News the Southcoast is ripe for the picking when it comes to ideas that can improve the local and national economy.

Speakers at the TEDx Conference include Mayor Jon Mitchell, Brenda Berube of the Fall River Public Schools, and NOAA Researcher Dave Wiley.

The TEDx Conference is a licensed, independent event, a spin-off of the Technology, Education, and Design Conference in California. Only 100 invited guests are attending the exclusive event.
